First, the characteristics of aluminum flux (Sinda Wolf aluminum flux L201)
Used for soldering aluminum and aluminum alloy materials.
It has excellent welding performance for aluminum and aluminum alloy, can quickly remove the oxide layer on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy, and the solder joint is full, bright and firm. It can be used for low temperature brazing of aluminum and aluminum alloy materials with lead-free solder and tin-lead solder.
Soldering temperature range: 180℃-350℃
Comply with the EU RoHS Directive.
Second, the use of aluminum flux
Wipe the weldment with alcohol to remove oil and stain, and then apply the flux to the surface to be welded.
Iii. Precautions for use
a) The residue after welding has a certain corrosive effect on the metal, and should be cleaned with water immediately after welding, or wiped with a damp cloth.
b) Aluminum flux is weakly alkaline, do not enter the eyes, mouth, after contact with the skin, please rinse with water.
c) Aluminum flux products are corrosive to metals.
d) Aluminum flux should be stored in a closed container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
e) When operating, please wear safety glasses, masks, rubber gloves and other protective equipment to avoid direct contact with aluminum flux.
f) Avoid direct discharge of residual aluminum flux into the sewer after use.
g) Hazardous liquids may still remain in the container after use and need to be kept closed.
h) After using aluminum flux, wash hands before eating or smoking.
